I believe if you focus on habits you can accomplish anything in life. If you don't control your daily habits, you're living life accidentally.
I fell in love with (and realized the power of) habits as I worked through a tough season of life. I had moved in to take care of my grandmother after my grandfather passed. Shortly after, we dad suffered a massive stroke. It felt like I was rapidly losing control of my life and I was determined not just to survive but to come out stronger.
I did something funny...I decided to focus on one tiny, seemingly insignificant habit. That habit turned into another and another as I found myself feeling grounded and in control again.
As a Trauma Surgery Physician Assistant and huge science nerd at heart, I started researching how habits work. The psychology and biology absolutely fascinated me! I thought, if I could develop this tiny habit, what else could I accomplish? What goals in my life that previously felt impossible could actually be possible?
I completely changed my life around and I am now passionate about teaching others how to do the same. Seeing you reach your life and business goals by focusing on habits is so incredibly rewarding. Let's build the futures of our dreams!
